Pathwise is a college fencing recruiting intelligence platform operated by Pathwise Sports Inc. By purchasing any plan or accessing any paid feature, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not purchase.
All Pathwise plans are one-time purchases. There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, and no automatic renewals. You pay once and receive lifetime access to the features included in your plan.
Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at checkout is the price you pay. No additional fees are charged after purchase.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Pathwise does not store your payment card details.
All purchases are final. No refunds are issued under any circumstances.
Because Pathwise delivers immediate digital access to proprietary data, analysis tools, and AI-powered features, all sales are final at the moment of purchase. This applies to all plans: Starter, Pro, and Elite.
We do not offer partial refunds, prorated refunds, or refunds for unused features. If you are uncertain whether Pathwise is right for you, review the Pricing page and the Sample Report before purchasing.
Each plan is a separate one-time purchase. Upgrading from Starter to Pro, or from Pro to Elite, requires purchasing the higher plan at its full listed price. There is no credit, discount, or "pay the difference" mechanism.
Your original purchase remains active. Purchasing a higher plan adds the new plan's features to your account; it does not replace or refund the prior purchase.
Upon successful payment, you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the features included in your plan. The following table defines what each plan grants.

"Lifetime access" means access for as long as the Pathwise platform operates. Pathwise reserves the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

All content, data, algorithms, reports, and tools on the Pathwise platform are the exclusive property of Pathwise Sports Inc. Your purchase grants you a license to use the platform; it does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
Pathwise provides data and analysis tools to help athletes make informed decisions. We do not guarantee college admission, athletic recruitment, or any specific outcome. All decisions remain the sole responsibility of the user.
The platform is provided "as is." Pathwise makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pathwise Sports Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your plan.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
